Campari has sold its manufacturing site in Derrimut, Victoria to Garage Beverage Manufacturing for an undisclosed amount.
As part of the sale agreement, Garage Beverages will continue to manufacture Campari’s ready-to-drink products at the site.
Campari Australia MD Jacopo Borsa said the deal was part of the company’s broader strategy to focus on the sale and marketing of its brands.
“We are pleased to partner with Garage Beverages, a local manufacturer with extensive manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to excellence,” said Borsa. “We look forward to working with Garage Beverages over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition.”
The sale is expected to be completed in the middle of this year.
Campari owns more than 50 premium spirits brands, including Aperol, Campari, Skyy, Grand Marnier, Espolon, Courvoisier, Wild Turkey and Appleton Estate.
