Remedy Drinks is strengthening its portfolio with the launch of its latest innovation, Remedy Ginger Beer.
The range comes in two flavours: Original Ginger Beer and Ginger Beer with Lime. It is crafted using traditional fermentation methods, combining modern elements to deliver a refreshing beverage. Both varieties are made with fresh Australian ginger and contain no sugar or artificial ingredients.
“We’ve authentically brewed our Ginger Beer to achieve a perfect balance of sweetness and spice, with a deep, full-bodied taste that comes from fermentation,” said head brewer and COO, Steve Byrne.
The launch marks another innovation from Remedy, known for its functional, naturally fermented, flavour-forward beverages. Unlike its kombucha or apple cider vinegar-based drinks, Remedy Ginger Beer uses a ginger root base to deliver a spicy, refreshing kick.
“With Ginger Beer, we identified a gap in the market for a bold, sugar-free option that doesn’t compromise on flavour,” Byrne added.
Remedy Ginger Beer can be found in Coles, Woolworths, and select independents from and online.
Earlier this year, Remedy Drinks launched a limited-edition Sodaly watermelon flavour.
