As its market share Down Under grows, UK-based carbonated mixer brand Fever-Tree has commenced Australian manufacturing in partnership with Remedy Drinks at its Melbourne facility.

Fever-Tree says local manufacturing will enhance the efficiency of its supply chain, reduce production time, and support local industry while maintaining the quality of ingredients of its products’ flavours.

Meanwhile, Grant Howard and Luca Lavermicocca have been appointed general managers for Australia and New Zealand to support the brand’s expanding operations.

“The continued popularity of our soda range and cocktail mixers in particular, which has seen the brand grow well ahead of the broader mixer category,” said Howard.

In February, US brewer Molson Coors acquired 8.5 per cent of Fever Tree.
