Simson’s Pantry has expanded its better-for-you bakery range with a new high-protein mini pizza base, building on the launch of its High Protein Souvlaki Flatbreads earlier this year.
Sold in a six-pack, each mini pizza base contains 6.3g of protein per serve, which the brand says aims to deliver stronger nutritional value without compromising on taste.
Mark Malak, head of marketing and growth, said the brand saw a chance to “reinvent a family favourite” and offer a more balanced alternative.
“The mini format is perfect for portion-controlled lunchboxes or snacks, whether sweet or savoury, and works well in air fryers,” he said.
Simson’s Pantry High Protein Mini Pizza Bases are available nationwide at Woolworths, priced at $4.50 for a six-pack.
