Craft brewery brand Voodoo Ranger, a subsidiary brand of Lion, has added two new flavours to its RTD range, marking the brand’s first vodka-based product in the nation.
The new beverages, Hard Cola and Hard Lemonade, feature a 6 per cent ABV and are packaged in 375ml cans.
Hard Cola is described as a blend of cola flavour with a vodka base, while Hard Lemonade focuses on citrus profiles.
“We are seeing a shift in how young Aussie men engage with RTDs, with a strong desire for drinks that pack real flavour and don’t compromise on value,” said Albertus Lombard at Lion.
“Cola and Lemonade are amongst the top three most popular mixers with vodka, yet only account for 2 per cent of the light RTD industry,” said Lombard.
Voodoo Ranger Hard Cola and Hard Lemonade are now available at major liquor retailers, including Liquor Legends, Liquor Barons, Star Liquor, and Ritchies IGA, with an RRP starting from $29 for a four-pack.
Earlier, another subsidiary of Lion, Four Pillars, released a limited-edition gin flavour for Mother’s Day.
