Australian distillery Four Pillars has expanded its gin range with a new limited-edition flavour, Three Peach Gin, coinciding with Mother’s Day.
The new product was inspired by brunch-style beverages, specifically the Bellini cocktail, and processed through a multi-stage distillation and maceration technique using three distinct peach elements.
The base gin is distilled in the brand’s original stills, Wilma and Jude, incorporating a blend of dry and fresh botanicals.
To accompany the launch, the distillery has released a series of serving suggestions, including a Peach Gin Spritz and a variation of the Charlie Chaplin cocktail.
Three Peach Gin will be available on April 28 with an RRP of $82 via the company’s website, the Healesville Distillery Gin Shop, Global Travel Retail, and independent retailers.
Last year, Four Pillars Bloody Pinot Noir Gin returned for its third year.
