Homer Hudson returns

20141002_HH_PQD002 001Ice cream brand, Homer Hudson, has returned to the Australian market after a brief hiatus from supermarket shelves.

Described as “a little more naughty than the usual wholesome suspects”, Homer Hudson is launching with five flavours including Prom Queen, Choc and Awe, Gold Cadi Crunch, Mo Dough, and  yet to be launched, Super Bowl.

Renowned British artist, Serge Seidlitz has created limited edition artwork that tells the story of the five Homer Hudson flavours, bringing these to life with colourful pop culture diorama.

Those responsible for the brand’s comeback are the masterminds at Australian advertising and design agency, The Monkeys and Maud.

Justin Drape, co-owner and company creative director, describes the new brand as a “sensory experience”, and says the company had a simple plan for Homer Hudson.

“Find out what people want, then we give them double!”

Homer Hudson is available in 800 Woolworth stores nationwide and will also soon launch at selected speciality retailers.
