FIJI inks another retail deal

FIJI 1 litre bottleFIJI Water has inked a deal with Aussie apparel retailer KOOKAI, which will see the company’s bottles stocked in all 36 of its boutiques across the country.

The 500ml bottles will be retailed at $2, with all proceeds directed to the Katalyst Foundation, which says it provides long term sustainable solutions to poverty in underdeveloped countries.

It’s a natural extension for the FMCG company, which has been supporting KOOKAI’s fashion shows and season launches for the past two years, and is the latest in a long line of retail partnerships that have taken its water beyond the supermarket aisle.

“We are thrilled to be able to take our partnership with KOOKAI to the next level and support the Katalyst Foundation,” explains Wai Mei Lee, Vice President, Asia, Australia & EMEA at FIJI Water.

“This partnership is a natural fit for FIJI Water both in terms of our premium product offering as well as our passion for continuing to give back to the people of Fiji.”

The Katalyst Foundation works on “health and education” focused initiatives including drainage installations, kindergarten construction and “primary and secondary school” support.
