Gelato Messina, Bumble’s pop-up

Messina Bumble gelatoSocial discovery app Bumble has partnered with Gelato Messina and created two limited-edition flavours full of delectable ingredients “scientifically proven to make consumers happy and release serotonin”.

The social app also organised the Bumble Fab Lab – a pop up experience happening on 1 and 2 December 2017.

“We love bringing a smile to people’s faces when they taste our gelato and had a lot of fun with the creative process,” said Gelato Messina’s head chef, Donato Toce.

“We couldn’t resist introducing It’s Meant to Bean to indulge the nation’s love of coffee with a delicious dark chocolate fudge and orange marmalade twist. Whilst attendees can expect to feel a real ‘buzz’ when they taste the sweet combination of honey and lavender in It Feels Like There’s Lavender-Air.”

Consumers can sit back, relax and immersed themselves in a beachside haven with a multi-sensory guided breathing experience with VR technology at the Gratitude Room, curated by Mary Hoang, principal psychologist and founder of The Indigo Project.

“Life’s short and at Bumble we believe in the power of positivity so you can become the best version of yourself and feel confident to make the first move in all areas of your life. Through the Bumble Fab Lab, we wanted to create an experience that would fill Sydneysiders with happiness – a space where they can share the love with their friends, families and colleagues,” said Michelle Battersby, Bumble Country lead, Australia.

Bumble said Aussies will get to reflect with their own dose of gratitude and help them find their mojo and spread good vibes.

Bumble Fab Lab will be open from 1 to 2 December at 48 Kensington Street from 11am – 7pm. Spots are free and on a first come, first served basis.
