Lee Kum Kee and Gelato Messina have collaborated to create two gelato flavours using Lee Kum Kee’s sauces and condiments.
The range includes Caramel & Soy Sauce gelato with Premium Soy Sauce brownies, and Coconut & Kaffir Lime gelato with peanut topping and Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil peanut crisps.
The Caramel & Soy Sauce gelato includes Lee Kum Kee’s Premium Soy Sauce, brownie chunks, and Messina’s Dulce De Leche. The Coconut & Kaffir Lime gelato has Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil with peanut topping, which will appeal to spice lovers.

The flavours will be available at pop-ups taking place in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane on February 15.
Last year, Gelato Messina launched its range of pints and frozen ice cream cakes at Woolworths stores across the country.
