orange farm2Australian fresh produce company Nutrano Produce Group has appointed Lucy Coward as executive general manager, Supply Chain and Procurement.

Nutrano said in a statement Coward brings a wealth of supply chain experience gained over a 20-year career in Procurement, Logistics and International Trade, in Australia and abroad.

Nutrano managing director and CEO, Steven Chaur, has welcomed Coward to the key national leadership role.

“Coward is a specialist in leading and optimising complex international supply chains. She will work across the Nutrano business operations with our various farm, wholesale and category management teams to deliver supply chain synergies, effective sales and operation planning, a unified logistics strategy, and drive savings through consolidated procurement,” Chaur said.

Coward has a Bachelor of Agriculture and a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Adelaide. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the managing director, Coward will commence at
Nutrano on 12 February 2018.
