Gelatissimo has introduced a brand-new limited-edition flavour, Boysenberry Swirl, to celebrate Mother’s Day.
The ice cream company said in a statement it’s a limited-edition flavour of creamy gelato smashed with juicy boysenberry pieces and brought together with a berry swirl.
At Gelatissimo, they are all about supporting local Australian farmers and creating this flavour was no exception. The plump and delicious boysenberries used to create this flavour are sourced locally from a family farm nestled in the Yarra Valley region of Victoria.
