New Zealand social enterprise The Cookie Project is celebrating Pride Month by baking limited-edition Rainbow Heart Cookies.

The cookies are baked in Mt Eden by Kiwis who have physical, sensory, cognitive or mental-health disabilities. They used Lewis Road Creamery butter for the cookies and the Rainbow Pride Flag inspired the vibrant coloured design.

The Rainbow Pride Flag colours depict red as life, orange as healing, yellow as sunlight, green as nature, blue as harmony and purple as spirit. The Cookie Project made the new Pride cookies to represent diversity and one of the organisational values, which is inclusion.

Sold in jars of 20 online, the Pride Rainbow Heart Cookie are priced at NZ$49.90. They are also available in single packaging and co-branding options for bulk purchasing and corporate orders.
