Colin Fassnidge is the latest high-profile chef to collaborate with Red Rock Deli on creating new, restaurant-quality flavours for its Chef Series product range.
The chef is famed for his extensive culinary knowledge as well as his talent for creating rich flavours and always pushing the boundaries of the conventional. Colin created three dishes including Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Sauce and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano, for Red Rock Deli.
“As soon as the opportunity for this collaboration came about, I knew I could create something special. I mean, how many times do you get to say a dish that you created was turned into a potato chip flavour? I helped inspire three,” Colin said.
Fassnidge has worked closely with the Red Rock Deli team through the iCrave Culinary Design Process – a process of documenting culinary discovery, conceptualising and crafting flavours then bringing them into real life.
“We are thrilled to be working with Colin Fassnidge to help shape our new Red Rock Deli Chef Series,” said Simhairi, senior brand manager at PepsiCo ANZ.
“His dishes have really delivered three distinct culinary experiences that we’ve been able to capture through new flavours which will take our consumers on an exciting new taste journey with bold, innovative flavours that they would traditionally only experience in a restaurant.”
The new flavours are now available across the nation with an RRP of $4.65.
