The Australian Distillers Association (ADA) CEO Kylie Lethbridge will leave the organisation at the end of this month, following a year of industry advocacy and organisational change.
During her tenure, Lethbridge oversaw the delivery of the 2026 National Distillers Conference and Trade Show, strengthened government engagement and progressed policy and regulatory priorities affecting Australia’s distilling sector.
She also represented the sector nationally and internationally, while working to support members and strengthen the association’s operations.
“Kylie has made this decision following careful consideration of her personal and professional priorities. Over the past year, Kylie has led the ADA through a significant period of change and has worked with the Board, members, government and industry stakeholders to strengthen the organisation and advance the interests of Australia’s distilling sector,” said ADA president David Ridden.
“The Board acknowledges the significant contribution Kylie has made during what has been the most challenging period for the organisation and thanks her for her commitment to the ADA and its members.”
Lethbridge described her time in the role as one of “the most challenging and rewarding periods” of her career, highlighting her work advocating for Australia’s distilling industry.
She will remain in the position throughout October to support the recruitment process and ensure a smooth transition. A successor has not yet been announced.
