Darrell Lea has collaborated with Nomad Brewing to launch a limited-edition liquorice beer – the Darrell Lea Batch 37 Dark Chocolate Liquorice Stout.
Combining the bitter flavour of dark chocolate with a hint of natural liquorice flavour, the stout is described as “rich and creamy”.
Besides being sold in pint-sized cans, the flavour will also feature in liquorice bullets sold by Darrell Lea.
Johanna Campbell, GM, marketing at Darrell Lea, says the products will be on sale until Father’s Day on September 5. “Many dads are big fans of our liquorice products, and what better way to say cheers to our dads than combining two of their favourite things?”

The Limited Edition Darrell Lea Batch 37 Dark Chocolate Liquorice Stout is now available on Nomad’s website with an RRP of AU$11 per can and $45 per 4-pack. They come with a bag of Darrell Lea Batch 37 Liquorice when purchased on Nomad’s website or at its brewery.
