Limited-edition M&M’s, Skittles products launched for Halloween

Mars Wrigley has launched two new products ahead of Halloween, to make the most of a 38 per cent increase in Trick or Treating in Australia.

Ben Hill, Mars Wrigley Australia’s marketing director, said the company had seen the popularity of Halloween in Australia increase during the years with more and more neighbourhoods bustling with trick-or-treaters come October 31.

“We hope that the introduction of these new products helps consumers get into the spirit of the season.” 

The new products are M&M Cookies and Screem, a locally-produced milk chocolate treat from the Ballarat Factory and Skittles Rotten Zombie which comes in Chilling Black Cherry, Petrifying Citrus Punch, Blood Red Berry, Boogeyman Blackberry and Mummified Melon flavours along with a ‘surprise’, Rotten Zombie.

M&M Cookies and Screem retail for $4.50 for a 130g pack while Skittles Rotten Zombie retails for $5 for a 180g pack. They are now available across all independent supermarkets and retailers.
