Perth-based meal kit delivery service My Foodie Box has released a Christmas Box collection to make it easier for consumers to create festive feasts.
The range comes in three box sizes, each with a three-course menu, accompanied by portioned items and a guide booklet to help with the preparation.
Small and large box options include charred asparagus bruschetta with tomato salsa and creamy pesto, a spiced citrus glazed ham, a whole roasted chicken paired with tender roasted vegetables, a summer salad for the main course with a white chocolate cheesecake for dessert.
The plant-based box includes capsicum fritters with tomato lime salsa, a vegan meatloaf, exotic salads and sticky date pudding.
Mai Hughes, MD of My Foodie Box, said the way people shop and cook has changed over the last few years.
“The surge in demand for food boxes has translated over into one-off events like Christmas, which is where My Foodie Box have answered with their one-stop-shop Christmas Box crafted by local chefs and filled with local, premium WA produce, meats and seafood.”
Customers can also include a selection of add-on meals and desserts to their bundles according to individual needs. Orders are open until December 12 or while stocks last.
