Smartfoods is recalling Tom & Luke Low Carb Snacka Balls (Raspberry, Hazelnut) 112g due to the presence of foreign matter (plastic).
The products have been available for sale in Coles stores nationwide and online.
Affected products have a date marking of:
- Tom & Luke Low Carb Hazelnut Snackaballs 112g Date Marking: 3 SEP 2026 and 11 SEP 2026.
- Tom & Luke Low Carb Raspberry Snackaballs 112g Date Marking: 11 SEP 2026, 15 SEP 2026 and 16 OCT 2026.
According to Food Standards Australia and New Zealand, food products containing plastic will cause illness and injury if consumed.
Consumers have been advised to return packages to the place of purchase for a refund.
