Ice cream brand Streets has collaborated with streetwear brand Volley to launch a limited collection of kicks for this summer.
The Heritage Low is available in three colours – Bubble O’Bill, Banana Paddle Pop, and Splice – while, the Heritage High offers Streets’ basic colours of white, red and blue.
The Heritage Low and Heritage High both have the Volley striped webbing design on the collar, a herringbone outsole, and a Volley rubber sole. They also have an additional set of red and white striped laces in addition to white laces. In addition, the collection is cruelty-free, and the products include a Dampenertech10 shock-absorbing footbed for all-day comfort.
“Every childhood memory of licking ice creams down the corner shop with mates, or hanging out at the local beach milk bar, every Aussie will have memories of this and continue to make them today,” said Volley content & marketing manager, Anna Geason.
“We wanted to pay homage to the original Streets artwork and capture some delicious summer colours that play back to Banana Paddle Pop, Bubble O’Bill and Splice – three of the best-selling ice creams of all time.”
The Street Volleys can be paired with the collection’s Mid Socks. The collection also includes the Streets x Volley Bucket Hat, which comes in textured corduroy fabric with a soft brim, panelled design, and an embroidered Streets front emblem.
Brand extension company Asembl brought the two brands together.
The products can be purchased through Volley’s website with prices ranging from $19.99 to $89.99.
Recently, Assembl brought Streets together with Dusk to create an ice cream-inspired fragrance range.
