Melbourne-based startup Mingle Seasoning has rolled out four new products in Coles supermarkets nationwide. This expansion sees the range grow in-store from two products when it was first launched, to 22, representing a significant step for the brand.

According to the company, all seasonings are designed to be “better for you”, free from “nasties”, but still packed with flavour.

The brainchild of 31-year-old Jordyn Evans, Mingle has transitioned from a home-blended product to a nationwide offering.

“I discovered the Moroccan seasoning I had been using had a range of questionable ingredients: added sugar, unnatural chicken flavour, refined vegetable oil, added flour and high amounts of sodium,” shared Evans.

“This was my light bulb moment where I chucked that in the bin and went to the supermarket to find a better seasoning alternative, but couldn’t.”

The new seasonings include:

  • Green Goddess 40g -Inspired by the viral TikTok Green Goddess salad, this seasoning blend offers vibrancy, herbaceous notes, and a citrus twist
  • Spicy Bagel 50g – A versatile seasoning blend with textural elements, including toasted sesame seeds, garlic, onion, Australian sea salt, and chilli
  • Citrus Pepper 35g – Zesty and peppery, crafted with four different peppers, zesty orange, and lemon
  • Greek Garlic 45g – Versatile and Mediterranean-inspired, this blend combines mint, garlic, oregano, and a secret zesty ingredient, Sumac

Mingle Seasoning products are available for an RRP of $4.95 in Coles supermarkets nationwide.
