The Noosa Chocolate Factory has opened its third store in Brisbane city to meet growing demand.

Established in 2009, the chocolate maker specialises in producing panned, slab, and moulded chocolate products. It also does extensive research into creating new chocolate-based products and trends.

“Our chocolates are made fresh every week, and people know that when you buy from us, you are guaranteed a fresh, great tasting locally made product that hasn’t been sitting on the shelves for weeks or months,” says Nick Southon, GM, Noosa Chocolate Factory.

With two stores already operating in the heart of Brisbane CBD, Southon said that when the new location became available, opening a third store near the others was easy.

“Both stores in Adelaide Street are continuously busy, and they primarily attract the corporate market,” he continues.

“We knew the location of this store, which is right at the entrance of The Brisbane Arcade, would attract retail shoppers and those out for a nice day in the city – and we were right.

The Noosa Chocolate Factory offers a diverse selection of chocolates, including vegan options comparable to their traditional milk-based counterparts. One of its popular treats is the Rocky Road.

“Every element of our Rocky Road is created by our team using our recipes for the chocolate, the jelly and the marshmallow,” added Southon.

“As a result, it has a subtle flavour that is light and fresh. People come from far and wide just to buy it, and it’s one of our first products to sell out daily.
