Chocolate company Loving Earth has unveiled a new packaging design for its Pure Love chocolate range, marking the first update in a decade.
The new look features a retro-inspired design, highlighting the brand’s commitment to natural ingredients and sustainability.
Loving Earth said the design refresh was in response to customer feedback, and changing market trends where vegan products have become increasingly popular.
“Our last rebrand was way back in 2014 when the world looked very different. Now vegan products are on all the shelves, and the space has opened up to having more fun,” said the company.
“Ingredients are still at the heart of what we do, but we’ve brought them to life with some joyful retro vibes. We were looking for a glow on the shelves and to bring the flavour!”
In addition to the updated packaging, the chocolate maker has also made some minor tweaks to its recipes to improve the consistency and stability of its products. However, the company has assured customers that the taste they love remains unchanged.
Crunchy Mint now features a sweet dark base and crunchy mint crisps, and Cookies & Cream uses a new cacao butter for a more neutral and creamy flavour.
“We’ve made minor but significant tweaks to most of our recipes, maintaining the taste that you love but also making the flavour and texture more delicious and stable,” added Loving Earth.
