The Natural Confectionery Co launches snake jellies with less sugar

The Natural Confectionery Co will debut its new Snakes line, which is part of the brand’s 50 per cent less sugar lollies range.

The line comprises five flavours: raspberry, blackcurrant, boysenberry, mango, and lime.

According to the brand, the snake jellies are the latest addition to its 4.5 Health Star rated lolly range, with 50 per cent less sugar than the typical amount of sugar found in other jelly candy items. These jellies have no artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners.

“This product brings one of Australia’s most loved lollies into a better-for-you option, serving the growing consumer interest in reduced sugar lollies, while still tasting great,” said Ben Wicks, VP of marketing, Australia & New Zealand at Mondelez International.

The 50 per cent reduced sugar snake sweets will be available at supermarkets across the country beginning next month with an RRP of $5.
