Dairy company Maggie Beer Holdings says its CEO Kinda Grange has resigned to progress her career outside the company.
Grange has agreed to assist the company in transitioning to a new leadership.
“On behalf of the board and the company, I wish to acknowledge and thank Kinda for her significant contribution in leading the company since her appointment in March 2023,” said Sue Thomas, chair of Maggie Beer Holdings.
“We are pleased that Kinda has agreed to assist in an orderly transition to new leadership and we wish her every success in her future endeavours.”
Earlier, the company said it appointed an adviser to consider all options to optimise the value of Paris Creek Farms, with implementation expected by September 30.
