Hard Rated is expanding its RTD offer in Australia by launching alcoholic Lemon Lime Zero Sugar.
According to the brand, the new product features sweet juicy lime notes and a slight bitterness of alcohol.
“Leveraging a great tasting lemon liquid has seen Hard Rated transcend category, gender and generational divides, appealing to women in their 20s at the same rate as Gen X men and regular beer drinkers,” said Carlton & United Breweries (CUB)’s head of RTDs & cider, Sarah Wilcox.
“With RTDs increasingly popular among alcohol consumers, we hope Hard Rated’s Lemon Lime Zero Sugar helps continue this trend.”
CUB debuted Hard Rated last year, and the company says it has attracted customers looking for a refreshing lemon-flavoured alcoholic beverage.
Lemon Lime Hard Rated has 4.5 per cent of ABV and is available in four packs of 375ml cans and slabs of 24 cans. A four-pack of cans has an RRP of $24.
