Australian gourmet brand Sticky Balsamic has entered the US market with the launch of its flagship product, Sticky Balsamic Pearls, introducing a new culinary concept to American consumers.

The Victoria-based, family-owned business, founded more than 10 years ago, developed the pearls using molecular gastronomy techniques that encapsulate balsamic vinegar in delicate, “mouth-bursting” spheres.

Lea Priest, founder and CEO, Sticky Balsamic, said the launch marks a significant milestone for the brand.

“Innovation has always been a core value for us,” said Priest. “These pearls allow anyone to easily elevate their food and impress friends and family.”

Sticky Balsamic Pearls are available for purchase in both Australia and the US.
