Selena Gomez Oreo Cookies are set to launch in Australia, combining chocolate and cinnamon inspired by the pop star’s love of horchata.

The new cookie features a sweet-and-spiced flavour which the singer said she designed to evoke “comfort and nostalgia”.

“Making my own Oreo cookie was a lot of fun,” shared Gomez. “I grew up loving them, so being able to be a part of the process was a full-circle moment.”

In addition to the new flavour, Gomez also designed five unique embossments for the cookies, including one that features her signature.

According to Oreo, this is the first time the brand has featured a celebrity autograph on its product.

Ben Wicks, Oreo VP for marketing – Australia and New Zealand, said the collaboration brings something new to the brand.

“Selena’s cultural heritage, creative vision and global fan base add a fresh dimension to Oreo in Australia,” he said. “This limited-edition release reflects our focus on innovation and cultural relevance, giving local consumers a product that celebrates connection, self-expression and a love of playful indulgence.”

Selena Gomez Oreo Cookies will be available in all major supermarkets in Australia from June 25, with a New Zealand launch slated for July 7.
