Mr Chen’s has expanded its noodle range with new products aimed at the high-protein and home-dining market segments.
The Australian family-owned brand is updating its portfolio to align with growing consumer interest in quick and nutritious, globally inspired meals.
The brand has introduced several new formats within its ‘Signature Series’ to provide specific textures for various Asian dishes: Extra Wide Hand Pulled Noodles, Sweet Potato Glass Noodles, and Rice Ribbon Noodles.
The brand continues to offer a microwavable wet noodle range, including Singapore, Udon, and Hokkien varieties, which are ready in one minute.
The expansion comes as the Australian pasta and noodle market is projected to reach $1.93 billion by 2030.
The full range is available at Woolworths locations nationally. Retail prices range from a recommended $2.00 to $3.80 per unit.
Last month, Mr Chen launched a new sauce range.
