US brand The Cycle has launched its phase-based functional beverage range for periods, perimenopause and menopause into the mainstream beverage aisle.
The range features four variants: Pre-Period Comfort, Period Comfort, Peri Comfort and Meno Comfort. Each drink is formulated with a base of Himalayan Holy Fruit (sea buckthorn) and phase-specific botanicals traditionally used in women’s wellness.
According to the brand, all variants are non-sparkling, caffeine-free, contain zero added sugar, and have no artificial colours, sweeteners, or preservatives.
Founded in Los Angeles by Anastasia Sartan, former Snapchat product director, The Cycle positions the range around supporting women through different hormonal phases.
“Women don’t experience their cycle as a single event; we move through chapters,” Sartan said. “These drinks aren’t about fixing women. We don’t need fixing. They’re about meeting each phase, from your first period to menopause, with something that actually tastes good, works, and treats your cycle like the normal, shared, human experience it is.”
The drinks are available this month in 12oz cans across Sprouts Farmers Market stores in the US.
