Whisky producer Lark Distilling Co has launched a pop-up at Sydney Airport to promote its newly released 700ml Single Malt lineup.

The promotional campaign will run throughout this month and continue until the end of June.

Located at Heinemann Tax & Duty Free, the activation features Lark’s Tasmanian collection, which includes three travel-exclusive Tasmanian single malt whiskies: Cinder Forest No168, Wild Haven No 172, and Ember Eclipse No 294.

These spirits are produced using a multi-cask method involving fortified-wine casks from Seppeltsfield Wines, as well as rum and cognac finishes.

The activation also displays Devil’s Storm No 183 and Ruby Abyss No 285, which received design accolades at the World Whiskies Awards 2026.

Since the start of the airport campaign, Lark said it has moved to the top position in the single malt category and third overall within the airport’s alcohol category, rising from its previous rank of 17th during the same period last year.

“We are delighted to present Lark’s new expressions to our passengers, representing Australia’s one-of-a-kind landscape and pride in craft,” said Ranjith Menon at Heinemann Asia Pacific

“This activation’s invitation to interact with the new whiskies and to engage with Lark’s story exemplifies our commitment to customer experience and a culturally rich traveller journey. The response to the campaign so far has been very strong, speaking to Lark’s compelling proposition and the activation’s highly effective concept and execution,” said Menon.

Last year, the company appointed Stuart Gregor, who co-founded Four Pillars Gin in 2013, as CEO and MD.

Founded by Bill and Lyn Lark in 1992, Lark Distilling Co is renowned for its award-winning Tasmanian whisky, including the signature Single Malt Signature Collection.
