The ‘Smashed Egg’, is a fully cooked, frozen egg product that is devoid of seasonings, mayonnaise, sauces, and preservatives, allowing caterers to customise its flavouring upon its thawing.
The product can be used for a variety of dishes including sandwiches, wraps, salads, and canapes, and is therefore marketed towards commercial food providers.
