The group will introduce the online service to 680 of its stores this week, while also adding low cost, flat rate delivery options – including same day, next day, Saturday and evening delivery.
Coles Liquor Director Greg Davis said the click and collect service has been introduced in response to customer demand, and offers even greater convenience and value to shoppers.
“The online liquor market is growing rapidly, and more customers are turning to click and collect services as a convenient way to purchase food and liquor, so enhancing our online offer is an important part of our strategy,” Davis said.
“With this free service, customers can purchase their favourite products at the same great value prices as in-store and we’ll make sure their order is ready in-store within 30 minutes during business hours.”
Liquorland’s click and collect service launched in Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory today and will launch in Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania on Thursday.
