Byron Bay Cookie unveils Pride Cookie

Pride CookieByron Bay Cookie collaborated with renowned chef and cookie ambassador Christine Manfield.

Both celebrates love in all colours with the new Pride Cookie product. Chef Christine Manfield created Pride Cookie, a colourful heart shaped blend of milk choc chunks topped with rainbow choc drops.

The company also partnered with Qantas to distribute the new cookie product during their flights.

“The Mardi Gras festival is such an exciting time, it’s that time of year when people come together from all over Australia and the world to celebrate love in all its colours. I’m proud to have had the opportunity to work with Byron Bay Cookie Company to launch the Pride Cookie and bring to life what Mardi Gras is all about,” Christine Manfield said.

Coinciding with the Mardi Gras celebrations, the Byron Bay Cookie Company Pride Cookie will be available on board selected domestic and international Qantas flights leading up to the Mardi Gras parade, allowing the flocks of event attendees and travelers to be part of Australia’s largest rainbow celebration.

“Byron Bay Cookie Company were really excited when Christine suggested to create a cookie that celebrated love, equality and pride. We hope the Pride Cookie adds a little bit of colour to the cookie lovers out there,” Emilie Emond, marketing manager for the Byron Bay Cookie Company commented.

Pride Cookie will be available in selected cafes and on their website for RRP $3.50. It will also be handed out on selected domestic and international Qantas flights between 2-8 March.
