Gelatissimo launches gelato with acai, protein or kombucha

Gelato maker Gelatissimo has rolled out the new Gelato with Benefits range. The company created three new flavours in the range: Acai Bowl, Choc Coconut Protein, and Ginger & Lemon Kombucha. 

Acai Bowl has Brazilian acai berry gelato, sprinkled on top with berries and granola, with Amazon Power Acai. It includes Carman’s granola, which is made with oats, nuts, puffed rice and pepitas, toasted with honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Acai is a superfood with antioxidants from blueberries. 

Choc Coconut Protein is a choc coconut gelato with Blessed Protein Powder. It is vegan-friendly, using a non-dairy base of coconut and soy milk. Blessed Protein is natural, vegan-friendly, gluten-free plant protein powder that is made from pea protein.

Finally, the Ginger & Lemon Kombucha is a ginger and lemon tea gelato made with Rok Kombucha. It uses raw Kombucha infused with cold pressed ginger and lemon, filtered water, organic white and green tea and organic kombucha culture. It has a ginger swirl with real ginger pieces on top.
