Haigh’s Chocolates has entered into a three-year partnership with Indigenous co-culture brand Warndu to release limited-edition chocolate blocks.

For the next 12 months, Haigh’s Chocolates will sell Milk Chocolate with Muntrie and Honey and Dark Chocolate with River Mint in-store and online for $15 each.

The Milk Chocolate boasts a spiced toffee apple flavour with Muntrie berries which are usually found along the south coast of Australia. It is blended with Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey and premium milk chocolate.

The Dark Chocolate contains native River Mint which offers a spearmint-like flavour with a herbal twist, usually found across creek beds and shaded areas in South East Australia.

Haigh’s Chocolates chief executive Alister Haigh said the popularity of collaboration has exceeded expectations.

“There is a real desire for our customers to try new and exciting flavour profiles and experience something truly unique.”
