Plant-based food company Fry’s has launched two new chicken-style snacks – Popcorn Chick’n and Stars & Moons nuggets.

According to the company, the new alt-chicken snacks are delicious, easy to prepare, and ideal for busy parents looking for easy, plant-based snacks for the family.

Stars & Moons’ chicken-style nugget shapes are made to appeal to little kids with their golden and crispy outer crust, suitable for lunchboxes, snacking, or quick after-school meals.

Popcorn Chick’n are bite-sized vegan southern-style “chicken” pieces with juicy chicken-style meat coated in a unique breading that can be prepared in ten minutes.

According to Fry’s, they were determined to create plant-based snacks that would satisfy everyone – even avid meat eaters.

“It’s always been our mission to offer great tasting plant-based food for every meal occasion,” said Tammy Fry, co-founder and marketing director at Fry’s. “We are always looking for ways to help people swap to delicious plant-based alternatives, one meal or snack at a time.”

Popcorn Chick’n is available at Woolworths and Coles while Stars & Moons nuggets are only available at Coles.
