Well and Good has rolled out a range of allergen-free baking mixes in Woolworths.
The new range of mixes is available in various flavours, including Lemon Coconut Cake, Crumble Cake, Caramel Slice, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, and Choc Chip Cookies.
Founded by Sam Barak in 2005, the family-owned food company aims to bring back the “fun in food” for people with special dietary needs – like those with nut allergies.
“Over the last decade, schools have become increasingly aware of just how serious the implications of a nut allergy can be,” said Barak.
“We want to foster peace of mind in parents of kids with allergies, so we manufacture all of our products in Melbourne in an entire nut-, dairy- and gluten-free environment.”
Well and Good cake mixes are available for RRP $6.50 at Woolworths stores nationwide.
