Potato chip brand Pringles has launched two new limited-edition smokey flavours: Korean BBQ and South American BBQ.
South American BBQ features a spice mix of paprika, cumin, and garlic inspired by Chilean grilled steak. Meanwhile, Korean BBQ is a fusion of sweet and smokey flavours enhanced with spices.
Pringles said it experimented with more than 90 kinds of barbeque flavours and then co-created them with a Michelin-star chef to craft bold flavours that appealed to local tastes.
“Aussies and Kiwis are inspired by world travel and the best of international food experiences, and we’ve scoured the world to bring Pringles fans & chip lovers the best of international barbeque flavours,” said Dan Bitti, head of Pringles at Kellanova ANZ.
The new BBQ Pringles range is available for an RRP of $5.50 at Coles, Woolworths, and independent grocers in Australia and New Zealand.
