Cocobella has introduced Cocobella Hydrate, a sports drink that provides natural hydration and electrolytes. This product adds to its range of coconut-based products, which includes coconut water and coconut yoghurt.
The plant-based beverage is made with a base of coconut water boosted with 1000mg of natural electrolytes. It contains no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
It is available in two flavours: Raspberry and Tropical.
Lauren Dragicevich, marketing manager for Cocobella, said the new drink aims to bring healthy competition to the sports beverage category.
“Our research found that artificial additives are a key barrier for Aussie consumers when selecting a sports drink and that an opportunity exists in the market for Cocobella to offer a natural rapid hydration alternative,” said Dragicevich.
“Cocobella Hydrate ticks all the boxes when it comes to sports drinks you can feel better about.”
Cocobella Hydrate is available for an RRP of $4 for a 500ml bottle in Woolworths stores nationwide.
