New Zealand-based beverage company, Beach Booch, has launched the new craft-brewed cocktail range called Slight Twist.
Available in four flavours – Ginger Margarita, Citrus Spritz, Mai Tai and Cherry Sling – the new line uses natural ingredients and artisan fermentation techniques to create a low-sugar, low-carb, vegan, and gluten-free product.
With the lack of innovation in the ready-to-drink market, two co-owners of Beach Booch, Alistair Kirk and George Wielechowski, emphasised that there are very few drink options for customers.
“Rather than add more of the same, we have used naturally brewed alcohol rather than distilled spirits and real ingredients rather than artificial flavourings, extracts, preservatives, and lab-grown sweeteners,” added Wielechowski.
“This has allowed us to deliver all the flavour, kick and low-calorie composition that we know consumers want, but in a drink that will be kinder on the body.”
Slight Twist is available in four-packs of 250ml cans at selected New World supermarkets across the country. Customers can also make purchases online through the brand’s website.
