Woolworths has launched its Click & Stay reusable bag range, aimed at making packing easier for customers – especially at self-checkouts – following the rollout of 30 Scan & Go stores.
The bag comes in three designs featuring ‘Aussie Icons’: Cockatoo & Wattle, Coffee & Finger Bun, and Famous Aussie Things.
The bags feature a mechanism that locks the top of the bag in place so it remains open while packing. They are also crafted to fit inside Woolworths’ green trolleys for added convenience.
Rhonda Ma, category manager for kitchen and sustainability, Woolworths, said the bags are also made for life beyond the supermarket.
“Think picnics, work commutes, or a day out at the beach – as they’re functional and durable for everyday use,” she continued.
The Click & Stay bags are priced at $4 each. They will join Woolworths’ existing reusable bag range, which includes Green Totes, Chiller Bags, Art Bags, and foldable fruit-shaped Fabric Bags.
