Baileys has teamed up with Melbourne-based bakery Simply Mike’s to launch a limited-edition Baileys Cinnamon Scroll.

The product blends cinnamon with the flavour of Baileys Irish Cream, making it a festive treat that can be enjoyed on its own, drizzled over ice cream, or added to hot chocolate.

Simply Mike’s, which started as a small French patisserie known for its croissants, later gained a reputation for its cinnamon scrolls. According to Baileys, it chose the bakery for the collaboration as it was seeking a “true master of the scroll” to create a new flavour.

“We were looking for someone who could capture the essence of Baileys in a way that felt local, playful, and full of character,” said Nishant Samuel, head of whisky and liqueurs at Diageo Australia.

The Baileys Cinnamon Scroll will be available for a limited period.  In 2023, Baileys also launched a tiramisu twist for the Christmas season.
