OMG Group has grown its sales by almost 50 per cent for the year, a period that saw the start of its international expansion and entry into the fast-growing matcha industry.
The ASX-listed food and beverage company ended fiscal 2026 with $6.1 million in net sales, up 49 per cent from its end-of-year result in 2025. E-commerce sales grew by 31 per cent from the third to final quarter of the year.
“FY26 has been another period of demonstrated growth for the company,” OMG Group CEO Alex Aleksic said. “The June quarter included a strategic investment in matcha inventory to support the distribution and ingredients supply channels established during the year. That inventory has now landed in Australia and is available to support commercial fulfilment from August.”
OMG’s matcha products are set to hit shelves following the first shipment under its Sandai Group agreement in Japan.
“Together with the national Woolworths rollout and refreshed Blue Dinosaur stock arriving in August, this provides the business with a stronger inventory and distribution position entering FY27,” Aleksic added.
“In FY27, the focus will be on maintaining product availability, supporting sell-through across the expanded Woolworths range, commencing fulfilment from the landed matcha inventory and progressing distribution in New Zealand and Vietnam.“
The flagship Oat Milk Goodness brand saw its ‘Proatein’ range commence a national rollout across the Woolworths store network, while Blue Dinosaur products entered New Zealand through a deal with Chemist Warehouse.
The distribution of both Oat Milk Goodness and Blue Dinosaur products in Vietnam is also set to commence soon through a distribution deal with local firm Asean International.
