Kiwi ‘brainfood’ brand Arepa has launched its products across 300 BP service stations nationwide.

The company says its products provide a “natural alternative” to caffeine and contain clinically tested ingredients that support brain health and cognitive performance.

The company’s products – Performance and Calm and Clarity (sparkling) – will be available at BP service stations from this week.

The drinks feature a patented formulation of Neuroberry blackcurrant juice along with l-theanine – an amino acid derived from green tea and pine bark extract.

Arepa Australia country manager, Ben Matthews, said the expansion into petrol and convenience stores in Australia is an “important part” of their business growth strategy for the next two to three years.

“We’re so pleased we can offer an on-the-go alternative that aids optimal brain function and is scientifically proven to work.”
