PepsiCo has announced its chief executive (Australia and New Zealand) Robbert Rietbroek has been appointed to the new role of senior vice president and general manager of Quaker Foods North America, based in Chicago.
Rietbroek, who head up PepsiCo’s AU business for the last 2.5 years, started the new role earlier this month.
“We will make an announcement on new leadership of the PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand business in due course,” a PepsiCo spokesperson confirmed in a statement to Inside FMCG this morning.
Rietbroek had the overall responsibility for PepsiCo ANZ’s snacks, beverages, and oats businesses, in conjunction with its portfolio of brands including Smith’s and Bluebird Potato Chips, Pepsi Max, and Gatorade.
Rietbroek previously worked for Kimberly-Clark and Procter and Gamble.
