Byron Bay Cookie Company creates vegan option

Byron Bay Cookie VeganByron Bay Cookie Company has released a new gluten free vegan cookie as the company approaches its 30th anniversary in Australia.

The new Maple & Pecan Vegan contains pecans, walnuts, cranberries and chia seeds with a maple flavour. The cookie is vegan-friendly and gluten free.

“We have been working on a Vegan recipe for quite some time now and are beyond excited to see this new flavour hit the market. We are also delighted to be working with such a talented illustrator like Chloe to help bring our packaging vision to life,” Emilie Emond, marketing manager for the Byron Bay Cookie Company said.

Byron Bay Cookies has also released new packaging designed by Australian illustrator Chloe Joyce for its ‘single wrap’ cookie range. The company said it will roll out the revamped look throughout 2019. Each flavour depicts different scenes inspired by the Byron lifestyle.

The Vegan Cookie from Byron Bay Cookies in 60 g is available from selected cafes nationwide and online for RRP A$4.50 per unit and RRP A$48 for a box of 12.
