Tasmanian Bakeries, the maker of National Pies, has rolled out a new range of bite-sized pies, offering a “tasty way to handle hunger pangs”.

Baked in Hobart, with 128 layers of puff pastry, the new Proper Littles pie range is available in six flavours: Classic Beef, Curried Chicken, Chicken & Camembert, Little Spinach & Cheese Rolls, Sausage Rolls, and Beef Rolls.

Geraldine Tebutt, CEO of Tasmanian Bakeries, says the new pies are perfect for serving during a mid-afternoon catch-up or after a late-night dance party, offering the “satisfying, mouth-watering flavour” of a normal pie in a bite-sized snack.

“Like all our products, Proper Littles are only made from the best ingredients,” said Tebutt.

She said it is important to everyone in the company to support farmers.

“That includes Australian grass-fed beef, free-range chicken from Marion Bay, east of Hobart, and other locally sourced produce,” Tebutt concluded.

The Proper Littles Range is sold in a pack of six at RRP $7, available at Woolworths Tasmania, Victoria, and Queensland, and selected Coles and IGA supermarkets in Victoria and Tasmania.
