Japanese canned vodka brand Kirin Hyoketsu has introduced two new flavours – peach and pineapple – for the Australian market.
Crafted with a blend of vodka, soda and frozen natural juice, the drink has only 116 calories, 0.7 grams of sugar, and 6 per cent alcohol content. Using the Hyoten Toketsu technology, these new flavours deliver an intense, slightly sweet flavour but with a crisp and clean finish.
Penni Terrey, brand director of Lion, a leading beverage company headquartered in Sydney, said the new flavours will bring a taste of Japan’s finest to Aussie’s gatherings and celebrations.
“The success of our Lemon flavour in Australia has motivated us to continue delivering innovative and refreshing ready-to-drink beverages,” added Terrey.
“We believe these new additions will further enhance the Kirin Hyoketsu experience in Australia, building on our promise of an intense natural fruit flavour without any lingering aftertaste.”
Kirin Hyoketsu Pineapple will be stocked on the shelves of BWS and Dan Murphys on April 22, while Kirin Hyoketsu Peach is currently available at Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market. The peach edition will be sold at other bottle shops beginning next month.
The new flavours are available in a 4-pack for $25.00.
