SPC has expanded its range of single-serve snack pots with two new items: Spag-a-Saurus Tomato & Cheese, and Baked Beans in Rich Tomato.
Snack Pots range is an on-the-go lunchbox for young consumers, families with smaller households and busy parents. The dish can be prepared in 40 seconds.
According to Peta Allsopp, CMO at SPC, “the SPC Snack Pot range unlocks a realm of snacking possibility for the SPC brand and offers parents convenient, portable and affordable meals solutions”.
“The microwavable format delivers new ways to engage younger families, but also attracts shoppers looking for easy, on-the-go solutions into the category,” she added.
With its 3.5 health star rating, SPC Spag-a-saurus Tomato & Cheese is fat free and low in sugar, and has pasta shaped like a dinosaur. SPC Baked Beans in Rich Tomato has a 4.5 Health Star Rating and offers sources of fibre and protein.
In addition, the snack pot containers can be put in kerbside recycling and are recyclable.
The SPC Snack Pots are now available at Woolworths and IGA stores nationally for a RRP of $2.60.
